Tiema happy to join |
Newly signed keeper Barnabas Tiema has told of his joy at completing the move to Sofapaka. The experienced keeper, brought in from AFC Leopards, was handed a two year deal on Saturday 11th January and after completing the move said it was the best decision he could have made. With captain Duncan Ochieng and David Okello in the team, Tiema makes up for a strong goalkeeping department and he says he welcomes the competition on board and looks forward to a successful season. “I feel good; I feel so great. Signing for Sofapaka to me was the best decision and I am now focused on giving my all for the team. I am coming on board to find two very experienced keepers so in the end it is not just about me but the three of us. “Whatever we do has to be for the good of the team and giving each other support and I know we will all perform. As a team, I am sure this year we will do well, he said. |
