Batoto ba Mungu have stormed into the next round of the Gotv Shield after seeing off Muhoroni FC 1-2 away in Kisumu Stadium. The match was scheduled for a 1530 EAT kick off but was moved forward to 1300hrs due to the heavy rains that are currently pounding the Nyanza region.

As it soon was evident, the boys would give sweat and blood to carry the day. In the 35th minute Collins Shivachi was rested to allow Anthony Kimani 'Muki' continue the battle.
