Sofapaka defender James Situma feels at home among the 2009 champions after he was reinstalled in the team for his second stint as skipper after spending half-a-season in Albania with Albanian outfit FK Tirana.
Happy moment
The Kenyan international defender, who had been thought to be on his way to AFC Leopards described his time at the team on the second stint as one of his happiest moments and can’t wait for the league to kick off.

Mulama shaves dreadlocks ahead of Sudan duel

Sofapaka and Harambee Stars midfielder Titus Mulama has finally shaved his long time dread locks as he awaits the crucial CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup tie against Sudan on Saturday 3 December 2011.
The 31 year old Mulama, the highly capped player in the national team and the only survivor of the 2002 CECAFA winning squad shaved his dreadlocks to a bald head on Thursday 1 December in Dar es Salaam.

Sofapaka Finished Third On The League Title

Sofapaka finished third on the standings behind champions Tusker and second placed Ulinzi Stars. Gor Mahia came in fourth with their arch rivals AFC Leopards closing the top five teams.
In deed it was a tough season for sofapaka F.C playing the CAF CUP Champions and also playing the Kenya Premier League.
