Coach Salim Ali was today dismissed from the club due to persistent misconduct and continual poor performance of the team.

Owing majorly to the club’s poor performance which was far below the club’s expectations.

Sofa’s performance termed exceptional

Sofapaka Coach Salim Ali termed his team’s performance brilliant and exceptional after beating Ulinzi Stars 3-0 in the second round of the FKF’s President Cup knock-out match, on Saturday 4 August, at MISC, Kasarani.

The win comes barely a week after Batoto Ba Mungu humiliated Thika United 1-4 in a Kenyan Premier League tussle.
